Innovative Construction Services, Inc.

Innovative Construction Services, Inc. (ICS) is a subsidiary of RDC Limited General Contractors, a custom home builder in Indiana since 1989. ICS was established in 2004 to focus on different areas of business, and has grown rapidly since that time, more than quadrupling annual revenues in just three years.

In recent years, ICS has been building two to three custom new construction homes annually. The firm’s recent projects have also included new commercial and institutional buildings, as well as multi-family and commercial renovations. In addition, ICS has substantial experience in the affordable housing arena, working with both government agencies and not-for-profit groups.

Under the leadership of founder and president Debra Underwood, ICS has developed a reputation for quality workmanship and its ability to bring projects to completion on time and within budget.

ICS is certified as a Women Business Enterprise (WBE).

Minkis Builders

Minkis Builders is the residential development arm of Minkis Construction, which opened for business in 1985, doing remodeling in Broad Ripple. Over the years, Minkis has grown to become one the area’s most respected home builders. Today, the company focuses primarily on the construction of custom homes and affordable for-sale housing.

From the outset, principals Sherry and Val Minkis have operated with a strong belief in the importance of building neighborhoods, complete with architecturally stimulating residential properties and meaningful commercial development. For this reason, Minkis has long been active in revitalizing older neighborhoods, close to downtown Indianapolis.

Minkis has been one of the featured builders at the enormously successful Fall Creek Place single-family home and townhome development, now in its fourth phase. Other recent projects include the innovative live-work units at Douglas Pointe, in Fall Creek Place, and the artist lofts and live-work spaces at Herron Square, in the Herron Morton neighborhood.

Minkis Builders is certified by the state of Indiana as a Women Business Enterprise (WBE) and a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE).
